- Diesel & Petrol storage, Natural gas record maintaining & daily reporting, and pipe line hydro testing support to third party.

- HVAC (VRV system, Chiller units, Split Ac, Window Ac, AHU, water drinking system operation & preventive maintenance

Operation of equipment’s-ASU Exhaust blowers,
water circulating system, Conveyers etc.
Breakdown & time base maintenance of above all equipment’s attached to Paint shop such as Spray electrostatic guns,
paint supply gear pumps diaphragm pumps, Ex. blowers etc. Detail list of equipment’s & schedule will be given at appropriate time.
Monitoring of parameter Booth, Hot water generator, Water circulation system for booth, DM plant
Cleaning of heat exchangers, Tanks, Nozzles, etc. as per the present practice.
Lubrication of conveyers, Pumps
PLC first line trouble shooting
Operation & maintenance of Distribution board
Spares planning, indent generation & follow up with vendors
